Taxpayer-Funded Abortion - Voted AGAINST the Stupak Amendment, which would have prevented the use of taxpayer funds for abortions. Low-income women have been victims of far-right-wing extremists for too many years. While rich women could afford an abortion, those less fortunate could not afford to do so. This inequity made it more difficult for the poor, and saddled society with the costs of taking care of millions of their unwanted babies.
